Article 1

Bring in article 20 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 324-FZ "About free legal aid in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6725; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3459; No. 52, Art. 6962; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4217, 4272; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724; 2023, No. 25, Art. 4414; No. 26, Art. 4683; No. 29, Art. 5343; 2024, No. 1, Art. 20, 32) following changes:

Part 1 to add 1) with Item 8.2 of the following content:

"8. 2) the parents having many children having three and more children before achievement by the senior child of age of eighteen years or age of twenty three years on condition of its training in the organization performing educational activities for full-time courses;";

Item 2 of part 3 to add 2) with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) about establishment and contest of paternity (motherhood);".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
