About increase in official pay rates of employees of budgetary institutions and organizations and the sizes of social pension

According to Article 103 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of strengthening of social security of the population, wages increase of employees of budgetary institutions and the organizations and the sizes of social pension I decide:

1. Since April 1, 2007:

- establish the scheme of official pay rates to government employees of public authorities, local executive bodies of the government, the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies and the staff of other law enforcement agencies, courts and prosecutor's offices according to appendices 1-40;

- make payments of salaries for military (special) ranks to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies and the staff of other law enforcement agencies according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2006 No. 1716;

- set limits of maximum payments of allowances by the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies and the staff of other law enforcement agencies having pension entitlement on length of service and continuing service in the amount of no more than 20 percent of pension which could be appointed by it;

- keep until the end of 2007 earlier appointed sizes of pension to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies and to the staff of other law enforcement agencies, dismissed from service till April 1, 2007;

- establish the scheme of official pay rates of heads and wage rate to teachers of educational institutions (schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, boarding schools of all types and names) according to appendices 41-42;
