1) in Item 1 of Article 8:

a) in subitem 2 of the word "and the lands of agricultural purpose which are in municipal property" shall be replaced with words "if other is not provided by this Code and other Federal Laws,";

b) state subitem 4 in the following edition:

"4) the lands which are in private property, - local government bodies if other is not provided by this Code and other Federal Laws.";

Article 56.3 to add 2) with Item 9 of the following content:

"9. Withdrawal for the state or municipal needs of the parcels of land from structure of the lands of agricultural purpose occupied with agricultural holdings for the purpose of production of popular minerals is forbidden.";

Article 79 to add 3) with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7. Borders of agricultural holdings as a part of lands of agricultural purpose are established and change solutions of the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of use and protection of lands of agricultural purpose.
