Action of provisions of article 7 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ "About veterans" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends also to persons awarded about day of entry into force of this Federal Law with departmental distinction which grants the right to assignment of rank "Veteran of Work" after day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
