About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Safety of Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 26, 2017 No. 187-FZ "About safety of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 31, Art. 4736; 2023, No. 29, Art. 5330) following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 8 of Article 2 of the word "and (or) individual entrepreneurs";

2) in Article 5:

a) regarding 1 word "For the purpose of This Article" shall be replaced with words "For the purposes of this Federal Law";

b) Item 3 of part 2 after words "critical information infrastructure," to add with the words "and also other bodies and organizations";

c) to "subjects of critical information infrastructure" to add part 3 after words with the words "and to other bodies and the organizations which are not subjects of critical information infrastructure";

d) to add part 6 after the words "exchange of information about computer" with words "the attacks and computer";

3) in Article 6:

a) add part 2 with items 4 - 8 following contents:

"4) lists of standard industry objects of critical information infrastructure;
