About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Enforcement of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences"

Procedure for the direction bodies and officials, representatives to perform production on cases on administrative offenses, procedural documents by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the Single portal), through the personal account of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur posted on the official site of state body on the Internet and by means of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, and also requirements to format of such documents are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for the case provided by the paragraph the fourth article 6.2 of this Federal Law.
Procedure for the direction executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the commissions on cases of minors and protection of their rights, the administrative commissions, other collegial bodies created according to the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation, public institutions subordinated to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, their officials of procedural documents by means of the regional portal of the state and municipal services, and also requirements to format of such documents are established by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation taking into account recommendations of the standard provision approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for case, provided by the paragraph the fourth article 6.2 of this Federal Law.
