About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2024 No. 1945

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign trade activity of the tariff quota concerning waste and scrap of the ferrous metals which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to customs procedure of export, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2024 No. 1945 "About introduction of the tariff quota on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation of waste and scrap of ferrous metals to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union and modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 53, the Art. 8755) (further - Rules).

Changes which are made to Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign trade activity of the tariff quota concerning waste and scrap of the ferrous metals which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to customs procedure of export

1. In Item 3:

a) in the subitem "a" to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix No. 1";

b) in the subitem "b" "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word "appendix No. 1".
