Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 8, 2012 No. 808 "About the organization of heat supply in the Russian Federation and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 34, Art. 4734; 2016, No. 29, Art. 4837; 2018, No. 16, Art. 2364; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2590; 2023, No. 19, Art. 3445; 2024, No. 43, Art. 6409):

a) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2027";

b) in the Rules of the organization of heat supply in the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

to add Item 2 after the paragraph of the seventh with the paragraph of the following content:

"criteria of reliability of heat supply of consumers of heat energy" - requirements in case of which observance quality and safety of giving of heat energy (heat carrier) are provided to consumers according to their category in case of emergencies on source of heat energy and (or) on thermal networks during all repair and recovery period;";
