About modification of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, the Art. 2080, No. 52, Art. 2981; 2023, No. 2, Art. 123; 2024, No. 8, the Art. 388, No. 81, the Art. 4789) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since April 1, 2025.
