About release in free circulation (import) of personal estate (autolaboratory with the analytical equipment)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Customs code No. 95/2021 and Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 to resolve according to the procedure of exception to the Agency of the environment import to the country and release in free circulation (import) with exemption of import payments and without the right of alienation of one portable autolaboratory with identification number VF1FDCVL 537142222, classified by goods item 8705 90 800, and the analytical equipment (according to appendix), provided gratuitously (donation) by the Government of Romania through the Ministry of Finance.
Art. 2. – In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
