About modification of the Regulations on the procedure of holding examination for receipt of the right to control of vehicles, about procedure for issue and effective period of the car driver license, approved by the Order of the Government No. 181/2022

Based on part (1) article 21 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Regulations on the procedure of holding examination for receipt of the right to control of vehicles, about procedure for issue and effective period of the car driver license, approved by the Order of the Government No. 181/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 98-105, 277), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 51 of the word "without passing an examination" to replace with the text "after delivery according to this Provision of theoretical and practical parts of examination for categories / categories / subcategories/subcategories of vehicles concerning which reduction in compliance of the right to management is requested";

1.2. add with Item 52-1 of the following content:

"52-1. Provisions of Item 52 do not extend to the car driver license of sample of 1995 approved by the Order of the Government No. 778/1995 about approval and enforcement of samples of technical data sheet on tractors and other farm vehicles and mechanisms and certificates of the tractor operator-mechanic.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
