About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 No. 57
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 No. 57 "About price regulation (rates) for construction materials, products, designs, services in road economy" the following changes:
1.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that for the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing import of construction materials, products, designs to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and realizing them for construction, reconstruction, operation (content and running repair), capital repairs of the highways financed fully or partially at the expense of budget and the means equated to them, the limiting maximum allowance which is subject to inclusion in selling price in the amount of 10 percent is applied to the contract price and expenses on import.";
1.2. add the resolution with Items 3-1 and 3-2 of the following content:
"3-1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) for construction materials, products, designs, services in road economy it (is applied).
3-2. This resolution is not applied when pricing (selling prices) on construction materials, products, designs, implementable:
