Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 No. 57 "About price regulation (rates) for construction materials, products, designs, services in road economy" the following changes:
in Item 1 of the word "construction and content of highways, bridges and tunnels" shall be replaced with words "construction, reconstruction, operation (content and running repair), capital repairs of highways";
in Item 2 of the word "constructions and contents of highways, bridges and tunnels" shall be replaced with words "constructions, reconstruction, operation (content and running repair), capital repairs of highways".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 15, 2023.
