1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 2022 No. 39 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.10.1 "Confirmation of professional suitability of the head, deputy managers, the chief accountant of insurance company", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.3 of Item 1:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"The law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity";";
word in paragraph six "on February 7, 2002 No. 17 "About procedure for confirmation of professional suitability" shall be replaced with words "on December 16, 2024 No. 72 "About procedure for confirmation of professional suitability and assessment of conformity";
