1. Bring in the resolution of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2015 No. 150 "About the conclusion of contracts on service in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 10.3 of Item 10 of appendix 1 to this resolution:

to exclude from paragraph two of the word "in inventory of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus or resignation";

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "Republic of Belarus";

1.2. to exclude from paragraph two of subitem 12.3 of Item 12 of appendix 2 to this resolution of the word "in inventory of Armed Forces or resignation".

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 13, 2025.
