About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning acceptance on storage of cases of notarial documents by the Public notarial Records Offices in the conditions of warlike situation

1. Bring in Regulations on the Public notarial Records Office, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of May 18, 2009 No. 870/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 21, 2009 at No. 443/16459, the following changes:

1) the first offer of Item 7 to add with words ", within areas to which competence of territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine extends";

2) in Item 10:

add paragraph two with words ", except the documents which are transferred/moved in the conditions of warlike situation";

after the paragraph of the fourth to add with paragraphs the fifth or seventh the following content:

"accepts on storage the documents of notarial clerical work and archive of office of notary public moved in the conditions of warlike situation according to Procedure for movement of documents of notarial clerical work and archive of office of notary public in the conditions of the warlike situation approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 17, 2024 No. 2994/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2024 at No. 1574/42919;
