About modification of Traffic regulations concerning provision of benefit in movement to mopeds and motorcycles

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2020, No. 41, the Art. 1340) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1. Add Rules with Item 2.16 of the following content:

"2.16. Drivers of motorcycles (except for motorcycles with side trail car, microcars, three wheeled vehicles) have the right:

a) move on the road with the strip for route vehicles designated by route sign 5.8 or 5.11;

b) within the strip for route vehicles designated by route sign 5.8 or 5. 11, to perform stop for fulfillment of requirements of these rules (provision of benefit in movement, fulfillment of requirements of the traffic controller, traffic light signals, etc.).

Provisions of this Item extend to drivers of mopeds.".

2. To add Item 17.1 after the words "except taxi" with words ", mopeds, motorcycles (except for motorcycles with side trail car, microcars, three wheeled vehicles)".

3. In Chapter 5 of Section 33:

1) the second offer of Item 5.8 after the words "along the established route" to add with words ", mopeds, motorcycles (except for motorcycles with side trail car, microcars, three wheeled vehicles)";
