32-9) creates the needs of the labor market for recognition of professional qualifications taking into account relevance of professions in the current and future periods in coordination with local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital;

32-10) makes offers in authorized body in the field of recognition of professional qualifications under the terms of recognition of professional qualifications;";

add with subitems 56-1) and 56-2) of the following content:

"56-1) approves procedure, stages and terms of carrying out unplanned employee assessment of law-enforcement bodies;
