About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 No. 98

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. In Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 "About the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" the words "since July 1, 2025." shall be replaced with words No. 98 "since January 1, 2026".

2. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission together with authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to handle issue of modification of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of alcoholic products" (TR EEU 047/2018) approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 5, 2018 No. 98, regarding requirements to wine-making products, to the alcoholic products made by fermentation of others than grapes, berries and fruit and also increase in requirements to brewing products regarding increase in share of content of brewing malt and to inform on results at meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission till July 1, 2025.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
