About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of republican fund of universal servicing of digital development and communication approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2020 No. 13, the following changes:

"1. The income of republican fund of universal servicing of digital development and communication (further - fund) is created for the account:

parts of the net profit transferred by the operators of telecommunication rendering services of cellular mobile telecommunication it is direct to the population, for accounting year in the amount of and the term, the Republic of Belarus established in paragraph seven of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of August 26, 2024 No. 335 "About rendering services of cellular mobile telecommunication" (further - part of net profit), and the penalty fee paid by such operators of telecommunication in case of failure to pay, incomplete payment of part of net profit to fund.
