About liquidation of the Center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Liquidate public institution "The center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" with transfer of the appropriate financial and material means to central office of the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Culture, information and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- form liquidation commission for implementation of liquidation procedure of public institution "The center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic", to organize accomplishment of the corresponding procedures;
- approve the liquidation balance sheet;
- provide target use of the transferred financial resources on providing and strengthening of information security in the Kyrgyz Republic;
- take other measures following from this resolution.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.06.2025 No. 328
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the Center of research of the information circle under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 31, 2024 No. 440;
