Bring in the Procedure for transfer to lease of the state-owned and utility property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2020 No. 483 "Some questions of lease of the state-owned and utility property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 51, Art. 1585; 2021, No. 51, the Art. 3151) changes which are applied.

"Features of transfer to lease of buildings, constructions, premises (their separate parts) of organizations of education for temporary residence of internally displaced persons
192. Transfer to lease of buildings, constructions, premises (their separate parts) of organizations of formation of the state and utility pattern of ownership for temporary residence of internally displaced persons is performed taking into account the features provided by the Laws of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education", "About the higher education", "About education" for martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" and within three years after its termination or cancellation without holding the auction according to this Procedure.
The petition of the asset holder of buildings, constructions, premises (their separate parts) of organizations of education for inclusion of property in the List of the corresponding type shall contain the consent of their founder.
