Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of the national production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 130 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 671; 2024, No. 28, the Art. 1802) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1 of the word "according to the program" shall be replaced with words "according to the budget program".
2. State Item 3 in the following edition:
"Receivers of budgetary funds are legal entities irrespective of form of business and physical persons - the entrepreneurs registered in the State agrarian register and which main activities is production of agricultural products and its conversion on own or leased capacities, including sobstvennoproizvodimy raw materials on conditions to be provided, and also implementation of transactions on its delivery provided that in such activities the specific weight of cost of agricultural goods / services makes at least 75 percent of cost of all goods / services delivered during the previous 12 consecutive accounting tax periods in total, and again formed agricultural producers, less than 12 calendar months perform economic activity, - by results of each separate accounting period (further - agricultural producers).".
