1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2022 No. 342 "About approval of Rules of implementation of transactions with payment software application and other payment instruments" the following changes:

in preamble of the word "3.3 and 3.4 Items 3 of Article 4" shall be replaced with words "3.3, 3.4, 3.11 Items 3 of Article 4";

in Rules of implementation of the transactions with payment software application and other payment instruments approved by this resolution:

in paragraph five of Item 1 of the word "payment service providers" shall be replaced with words "issuers of payment instruments";
