For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of vehicles and the agricultural, special machinery, available in subordinated and territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, and its proper operation, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 7, 2024 No. 98 the following change:
in Regulations on Department of cooperation, mechanization and innovative technologies in agricultural industry under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 2 of Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-carries out accounting of availability and monitoring of technical condition and operation of vehicles and the special equipment, available in subordinated and territorial subdivisions of the Ministry;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
