About approval of the Regulations on the State classification system of means of placement in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About tourism" and streamlinings of classification of means of accommodation of tourists in the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the State classification system of means of placement in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions and organizations of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2021 No. 300 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 12:
add subitem 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-provides functioning of the State classification system of means of placement;";
add subitem 2 with paragraphs of the following content:
"-exercises control of activities of the secretariat for classification of means of placement;
- keeps the register of the classified means of placement;
- grants certificates on assignment of categories to means of placement;".
3. Determine that before implementation of specialized online platform processes of submission of requests, carrying out expert evaluation and processing of results of classification of means of placement can be performed in paper form with the subsequent transfer of data in electronic format.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
