About modification of the Doctrine of food security of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2020 No. 20

1. Bring in the Doctrine of food security of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2020 No. 20 "About approval of the Doctrine of food security of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 4, the Art. 345), the following changes:

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. In this Doctrine provisions of Strategy of homeland security of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2021 No. 400 "About the Strategy of homeland security of the Russian Federation" concerning food security develop, provisions of Strategy of economic safety of the Russian Federation for the period till 2030 approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 13, 2017 No. 208 "About the Strategy of economic safety of the Russian Federation for the period till 2030" and other documents of strategic planning are considered.";

b) to add the subitem "g" of Item 14 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the international and illegal acts or unfriendly actions of foreign states interfering trade in the Russian agricultural products and sustainable development domestic rural and fishery;";

c) add with the Section V (1) the following content:

"V (1). Strategic objective and main objectives of ensuring global food security

17(1). Strategic objective of ensuring global food security is maintenance of stability of the world food markets on multilateral and bilateral basis, first of all by cooperation with the states pursuing constructive policy concerning the Russian Federation.

17(2). The main objectives of ensuring global food security are:

a) development of internal production of agricultural products, raw materials, food, mineral fertilizers for the purpose of providing and building-up of the export potential of the Russian Federation;
