Some questions of implementation of the pilot project on provision of the basic public assistance (Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of social policy concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on provision of the basic public assistance (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the basic public assistance;

Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the basic public assistance.

3. Determine that:

1) coordinator of the pilot project is the Ministry of social policy;

2) participants of the pilot project are:

subjects of the request for the basic public assistance are the citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of Ukraine, persons recognized in Ukraine as the refugees or persons needing additional protection (except persons which are in the territories which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation included in the list of the territories in which are conducted fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, approved in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for which is not determined date of completion of temporary occupation, and persons which are located abroad (was conducted)):

- since July 1, 2025 - for date of the request for purpose of the basic public assistance are receivers of the government public assistance to needy families; the help on children to lonely mothers; the help on the children who are brought up in large families; temporary government assistance to children whose parents evade from payment of the alimony have no opportunity to contain the child or the residence their unknown;
