The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, Art. 3217; 2021, No. 78, Art. 4933; 2022, No. 35, Art. 1904; 2023, No. 77, the Art. 4358) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients)

1. In Item 3:

To add 1) after the paragraph of the twentieth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the parallel import subject of managing having the license for implementation of economic activity on import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) and permission to parallel import of medicine".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the twenty first-thirty eighth respectively paragraphs the twenty second-thirty ninth;

To add 2) after the paragraph of the twenty eighth with the new paragraph of the following content:
