About modification of the Regulations on the centers for provision of free legal aid
According to part five of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid", Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 05, 2024 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid" concerning extension of the list of persons having the right to free secondary legal aid" I ORDER to No. 4133-IX:
1. Make changes to subitems 9, of 11, of 13, of the 14th Item 9, paragraphs two, the fourth, sixth Item 13, subitems 11, of 13, of 18, of the 19th Item 15 of the Regulations on the centers for provision of free legal aid approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 02, 2012 No. 967/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 03, 2012 at No. 1091/21403 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 24, 2016 No. 1487/5), having replaced figures "29" with figures "30".
2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of December 05, 2024 No. 4133-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid" concerning extension of the list of persons having the right to free secondary legal aid", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
