Approve the enclosed Provision "About Procedure for Reorganization and Privatization of the State and Cooperative (Cooperative and State) Intereconomic Associations, the Companies, Organizations, Other Objects and Constructions Created at the expense of Means not of Property of Kolkhozes or in case of Their Equity".
