Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, Art. 2736; 2020, No. 55, Art. 1714; 2023, No. 83, Art. 4776; 2024, No. 13, Art. 831; 2025, No. 22, the Art. 1448) changes which are applied.

1. Item 1 paragraph two after words "robotics and robotizations" to add with words ", developments of artificial intelligence, development of semiconductor technologies".
2. In Item 3:
1) subitem 1 paragraph two after words "robotics and robotizations" to add with words ", developments of artificial intelligence, development of semiconductor technologies";
2) to add Item with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) acceptance of organizational measures for providing the sector of safety and defense with modern samples of robotics, pilotless systems and other innovative technologies for needs of defense, in particular technologies double and military.".
