About the list of the documents submitted by foreign and physical persons for participation in privatization of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of ensuring protection of economic interests of the republic with the assistance of foreign legal entities and physical persons in privatizations of state-owned property, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

For participation in procedures of privatization of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan the following documents shall be submitted:

a) The foreign legal entities or their authorized representatives having the power of attorney conforming to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian:

- bank confirmation about payment of capability of the foreign participant with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian;

- the legalized statement from the trade register or other document certifying that this subject is the acting legal entity by the legislation of the country, with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian.

- copies of notarially certified constituent documents of the legal entity with notarially certified transfer on Tajik and Russian.

b) The foreign physical persons or their authorized representatives having the power of attorney conforming to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian:

- bank confirmation about solvency of physical person in the place of his nationality (citizenship) with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian;

- photocopy of the passport or other identity document of physical person, with notarially certified transfer on Tajik or Russian.
