"8. Along with the original or officially the copy of the international treaty certified by depositary the reference goes to authorized body by means of System. The reference is constituted in form according to appendix to these rules and signed by the digital signature of the first head of the central body or person replacing it.

9. In case of receipt of the original or officially the verified copy of the international treaty, and also the reference to it the authorized body within fifteen working days establishes compliance of the international treaty and procedure for its conclusion to Item 1 of Article 2 and articles 8-10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law).".
