In the country for the purpose of strengthening of national consent, unity and unity, creation of the equal rights and opportunities for all citizens, strengthenings of participation of our multinational people with progress of Uzbekistan, development of bonds with compatriots abroad, and also ensuring consecutive realization of the tasks determined by Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030", I decide:

I. Priority tasks

1. Determine priority tasks of strengthening of national consent in society and bonds with compatriots abroad:

(a) harmonization of the international relations, forming of single civil identity by strengthening of friendship, mutual solidarity, tolerance and unity in society;

(b) strengthening of participation of all nations and nationalities living in Uzbekistan with national development by means of providing their rights and legitimate interests;

(c) assistance to preserving national identity of communities of compatriots and Uzbek diasporas abroad, and also support of mobilization of their social and economic potential for development of our Homeland;

(d) strengthening of welfare, friendly bonds with the foreign states and positive image of Uzbekistan on the international scene by means of mechanisms of national diplomacy.

II. Cardinal reforming of the sphere

2. Form Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the international relations and compatriots abroad (further - Committee) based on Committee on the international relations and friendly bonds with foreign countries under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Determine that:

(a) The committee is the authorized republican executive body performing state policy in the field of questions of the international relations and compatriots abroad, coordinating activities of state bodies and organizations in this direction;
