About introduction of amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2882; 2014, No. 16, Art. 1836; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4777; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 12, Art. 1783; 2024, No. 6, Art. 765; No. 33, Art. 4985) following changes:

1) in Item 2 of Article 28:

a) third the subitem 2 after words "Item 3 of Article 8" to add the paragraph with the words "and subitem 3 of Item 2 of Article 36.1";

b) add with subitems 4 and 5 of the following content:

"4) observance by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs when implementing activities in the field of civil aviation stipulated in Item 3 articles 105 of this Code of the requirement about placement of information on terms of the contract of the specific airborne transportation containing in the electronic carriage document in the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations in case of registration electronically the documents used when rendering services in airborne transportation of passengers and baggage;

5) observance by the operator of the automated information system of registration of airborne transportations of the requirements to the specified automated information system, databases which are its part, the information and telecommunication network ensuring functioning of the specified automated information system, to her operator approved according to Item 8 of article 105 of this Code.";

2) in Article 36:
