1) Item 16 of article 2 after words "non-profit organization" to add with words "state body";

Article 8 to add 2) with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The federal executive body authorized on law-enforcement functions on ensuring execution of the federal budget, treasurer servicing of execution of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation shall provide forming and maintaining as the state information resource of the list of state bodies, data on which are not included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, according to the procedure, established by the specified federal executive body, and also shall provide storage of the data containing in this list and the round-the-clock easy access to this list with use of information and telecommunication networks.";

3) in Article 14:

a) to add Item 2 of part 2 after words of "legal entities" with the words "and the state bodies included in the list provided by part 6 of article 8 of this Federal Law";
