1) part the second Article 1 after the word of "constructions" to add with words "requirements of the rules of classification and construction of vessels, technical observation of construction of vessels published according to Item 2 of Article 24 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation, rules of technical observation of production of materials and products for courts,";
