To exclude 1) regarding 1.1 Articles 12.2 of the word "concerning minors";

To exclude 2) regarding 3rd Article 21 of the word "concerning minors";

3) in Article 91:

a) add part 12 with item 4 of the following content:

"4) the license applicant or the licensee is foreign agent.";

b) add with part 17 of the following content:

"17. The license for implementation of educational activities along with the cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on licensing of separate types of activity is terminated in case of inclusion of the licensee in the register of foreign agents.".
