1. The state committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Госкомпредпринимательств) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine.
The State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship provides realization of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship.
The State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship is specially authorized body concerning the state regulatory policy, state registration, licensing and authorization system in the field of economic activity.
2. The State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.
Within the powers the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship will organize accomplishment of acts of the legislation of Ukraine and exercises control of their realization.
