About additional measures for building-up of the export potential and development of chain of conversion of agricultural products
For the purpose of further increase in the export potential of agricultural products, effective use of the available land resources, mutual integration of processes of conversion, storage, export and implementation of system of cooperation I decide:
1. Determine the main target indicators of increase in agricultural export and creation of chain of value added for 2025-2026:
(a) finishing export volumes of fruit and vegetable and food products in total to 3, 5 billion US dollars in 2025;
(b) obtaining until the end of 2025 of phytosanitary import permits of 30 new types of products to 8 states;
(c) ensuring implementation of export of fruit and vegetable products on the perspective markets in 2025 on the amount 442 million US dollars, in 2026 - on the amount of 575 million US dollars;
(d) implementation of investment projects in the amount of 40, 5 million US dollars on production of packagings for fruit and vegetable products of all 2,1 of one million tons in regions in 2025.
2. Approve:
(a) Perspective indicators of increase in level of conversion and storage of fruit and vegetable, melon, grape and bean products (further - fruit and vegetable products) during creation of their chain of value added in regions of the republic for 2025 - 2027 according to appendices No. No. 1, 1a and 1b *;
(b) Perspective indicators of export of separate types of products in regions of the republic for 2025-2026 according to appendix No. 2 *;
(c) The address list of projects of production of the packagings for fruit and vegetable and food products started in 2025 according to appendix No. 3 *;
() the Forecast of distribution of 300 units of the small-volume portable refrigerators established in regions by allocation of soft credits at the expense of means of the international financial institutions in 2025 according to appendix No. 4*.
