About additional measures for improvement of material security of separate categories of the population
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Increase since September 1, 2007 according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" the sizes of pensions calculated according to noted Law, the Laws of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", "About the status and social to protection of citizens who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash", "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons", concerning persons from among the military personnel of conscription service and members of their families, taking into account 1,2803, coefficient except the pensions calculated taking into account indicator of the average salary of the workers occupied in economy industries to which for 2004 and 2005 1,2 coefficient is applied. Pensions according to the addresses which arrived till December 31 of year which precedes year in which increase in pension is carried out are subject to increase.
2. This resolution becomes effective after introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About State Ukraine for 2007" concerning introduction since June 1, 2007 of tariff coefficients of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of the separate industries of the budget sphere provided on the II stage.
