According to Item 2 of Criteria and procedure on which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period is performed and also crucial for ensuring needs of the Armed Forces, other military forming during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76 (with changes), Item 7 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2024 to No. 1332 "Some questions of booking of persons liable for call-up for mobilization and on wartime", I ORDER:

1. Approve Criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for the enclosed industries of national economy.

2. Determine that:

operators of antimine activities, are determined crucial for functioning of economy during the special period in the presence at them according to the current legislation at least one of the existing certificates of conformity of processes by antimine activities (technical inspection; mine clearing manually; mine clearing with use of machines and mechanisms; application of film logical calculations of mine and search service; cleaning of the area of military (fighting) operations; mine clearing of water areas; procedure for neutralization (destruction) for min./explosive remaining balance of war) and conducting mine clearing by them (humanitarian mine clearing);
