About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 and of March 6, 2022 No. 222

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the supplier of "the last hope" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 82, Art. 2709; 2020, No. 54, Art. 1680; 2021, No. 7, the Art. 348, No. 85, the Art. 5454) and of March 6, 2022 No. 222 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, the Art. 2080, No. 52, the Art. 2981) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2025.
