2. To provide to the ministry of social policy:

since January, 2025 maintenance of procedure for granting to institutions, the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, to physical persons entrepreneurs of compensation for consumed zhilishchno - utilities, acquisition of the liquefied gas, solid and liquid oven household fuel during temporary placement on a grant basis internally displaced persons (further - compensation for placement) and payment of appropriate means of compensation for placement at the expense of means of the government budget;

since January, 2025 payment of compensation for the consumed utilities in case of accommodation of internally displaced persons in buildings (rooms) of objects of the state-owned, utility and private property in the period of warlike situation for October - December, 2024 at the expense of means of reserve fund of the government budget according to the Procedure and conditions of provision of compensation for the consumed utilities in case of accommodation of internally displaced persons in buildings (rooms) of objects of the state-owned, utility and private property in the period of warlike situation, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2022 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1341, No. 78, the Art. 4710), as the obligations which arose before transfer of social policy of functions to the ministry concerning social support of internally displaced persons;
