1. This Procedure determines organizational bases of carrying out the complex of actions for estimation of risks in the field of economy (further - complex of actions) held by BEB with involvement of the monitoring bodies and other state bodies performing activities in the field of counteraction to criminal offenses and prevention of threats of economic safety of the state and subjects of managing.
2. The terms used in this Procedure have the following value:
the questionnaire - the official address of BEB to participants of complex of actions for the purpose of obtaining of information from them (supplied, the information or answers to the questions posed) for ensuring carrying out complex of actions;
risks assessment in the field of economy identification of risks, establishment of their level, determination of the reasons and conditions which influence them, the potential or available effects for economy of the state, forecasting of their development, and also determination of possible methods of their minimization and/or elimination;
participants of complex of actions BAB, are attracted the monitoring bodies, other state bodies performing activities in the field of counteraction to criminal offenses and prevention of threats of economic safety of the state and also subjects of managing.
