1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions" of July 29, 2022 No. 418 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions approved by the above-stated resolution:
to state paragraph two of Item 6 in the following edition: "Appointment of heads of specialized higher educational institutions of authorized state body in the field of ensuring national security and bodies of prosecutor's office is performed without approval of authorized state body in the field of science and education.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
