1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:

in Regulations on Fonda of the state material reserves under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-conversion and grinding of grain of food wheat and other crops.";

- to state paragraph two of Item 9 in the following edition:

"-as required to make in accordance with the established procedure offers on creation, reorganization and liquidation of jurisdictional enterprises and organizations, branches and other Items on placement, storage, conversion and realization of inventories of material values of the state material reserve in regions of the republic;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
