3. To provide to operators of telecommunication:
3.1. From April 1, 2007 to May 1, 2007 the notification of users through mass media and by means of answerphones about transfer of numbering of networks of the operators of cellular mobile communication working in the ABa=312, code in own long-distance codes.
3.2. By April 1, 2007 preparation of tables of routing for work of the networks of telecommunication public with the fixed numbering operating in the ABa=312 code as of January 1, 2007 taking into account transition period according to item 2 of this order and Appendix.
3.3. By April 30, 2007 correction of the software of communication centers of networks of the fixed telephone communication and networks of cellular mobile communication, the automated settlement systems taking into account transition period according to Appendix.
3.4. By May 1, 2007 modification of databases of the systems of directory servicing, including of directory editions, according to item 1 of this order.
