About modification of appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399) change which is applied.
2. Determine that the entries into force of this resolution by subjects of managing of the declaration on implementation of types of economic activity given about one day on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment are valid within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution. During the specified term subjects of managing for further implementation of such activities shall obtain the corresponding licenses which are granted by Public service on emergency situations electronically.
